Introduction

This blog probably should have started earlier but it is starting now. Since Nick and I moved to the Chicago area we have enjoyed exploring new and exciting restaurants. We get our restaurant ideas from friends, family, and TV (Check Please, Chicago's Best, Travel Channel, and the Food Network) and have accumulated a large list of new restaurants to try in the Chicago area. The restaurants range from high class to dives; we enjoy it all. We (mostly Natalie) have decided to accelerate the pace of crossing the restaurants off the list. This way we can get through the current list in the next year and hopefully all of these restaurants will still be in business (yes some have been deleted from the list because they no longer exist...). If you have any suggestions please comment - but we may have to wait a year to get to them.
